Actually, banning guns doesn't mean only criminals have guns, legally entitled people (namely cops and the army) have theirs to.
You have to make sure you actively enforce your anti-gun law for it to be efficient... And don't throw statistics that are only coming from your deranged mind, pal... A 43% rise in criminality is close to civil war....
