| Starting something new would be fun indeed, but I think we need something more than just a normal irc network/server if we want to get users. Either linking to somewhere (ideas?) or getting users some other way (ideas?) |

heres an idea.... get your damn friends to come to the forum then they will go to the IRC room. Cuz in an IRC room people take a peek.... no one says antyhing then they part... but here there is the bountify weath that plastic has bistowed upon thee....

eeep! The forum have almost no content that someone not involved with legal-chat would be intrested in..
And I'm sure I've posted an idea about making this forum more non-legal-chat-connected, and try to get users that way, but noone seemed intrested in that idea |

And anyway the forum seems to be growing, (slowly) even with its Cursed legal- affiliation. and frankly I just came one day and stole your name. Im sorry. |

it seems perfectly ok to use cable/dsl boxes as irc servers
so
anyone with 128kbit upload upward who wants to run freebsd 4.5 stable and bahamut post here
(now you finished reading the side-effects of insanity, back to the real issue - people ! - um, i think linking back to that network will make any new server die. im thinking of linking my own connection there to see what attacks they get :D... btw all teh stuff at the top is a load of crap , mmk ? :) |

I'm still not sure how to do it...
- One thing is if it should be directly warez related or not..
- Another is what to do with the posts on the board now, since lots of them are very lc-related
- What to do with the categories? I think some of them are a bit.. bad... like "f£åm€ }{€®€ f£åmm€®§"... I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I think things like that makes the forum look pretty unserious (if that's a word...)
I would probably expand the programming and gfx forums to own categories or something...
I dunno, this is just some ideas I came up with now, COMMENTS BITTE! :D |

Let's make a forum that looks like TheWave !
And have the legal-chat section just like thewave has the fg4a section.
And there would be more general sections like Pezko suggested, on gfx, programming, etc...
(yes, "etc" would be a good section !)

Ok...but this is gonna take a while Im slowly picking out the legal-chat threads and moving them.
I'll work on the programming section once this is done. |
